Technology and Media Course
Students will work on a variety of rigorous projects in our Technology and Media Class to demonstrate their leadership and creativity.
Students will work on Challenged Based Learning (CBL). CBL is an empowering learning opportunity that connects students to their community. Students become active participants who solve real world problems. Students have the opportunity to really make the world a better place!
Students will began by identifying a problem they are concerned about and research the topic for a better understanding. Students will create a challenge they think will solve the problem. Students will demonstrate their knowledge of the problem by producing a CBL video.
The next step to CBL is completing further research and creating an implementation plan. Students will create a plan to solve their problem which will complete their "Challenge". Once students have implemented their proposed solution they will create a Solution video evaluating the effectiveness of their plan.
If you would like to learn more about Challenged Based Learning and watch student videos identifying problems and presenting solutions, please visit the Apple CBL website.
